Overview
Our cancelation and refunds policy lasts until your order has been shipped. If the order has been shipped, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Additionally, we do not offer refunds or returns due to the perishable nature of our products.
Refunds
Once your cancelation is approved, our team will contact you with details about your refund. Refunds are processed to the source account from which the payment was originally made, typically within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
